I didn’t know what I didn’t know. People stress people. It’s not the physical design of workplace but the people design of the workplace. Collaboration and knowledge transfer is the key for efficiency, which technology hasn’t been able to solve. People can but people don’t. We have to remain unquiet, critical, sceptical and restless until we find out why.
